
Here at Zion we are striving to be more wholistic in meeting the peoples’ needs.
Geri Clark, a certified instructor, offers two exercise classes each week in the fellowship hall. Pilates classes are held Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:15. Pilates utilizes floor exercises to strengthen your core muscles. Simple Stretch classes are held Thursday evening at 5:30. Simple Stretch is a low-impact exercise class done in chairs or standing. Don’t let the name fool you…this class is for people of All ages and abilities. Geri encourages you to check the class out before you sign up so… the 1st class is free!
Cost for either class is $3 per session or $10 for 4 sessions if purchased in advance. So what are you waiting for? This is a great way to “gather together” and get into shape.
