Sew & Sews

 

The Sew & Sews meet on Thursday mornings at 9:30 in the church basement. Quilts are sewn for Lutheran World Relief and for local needs. We are looking for new members and you are invited to join us. If you cannot make it at this time, there are many tasks that can be done at home. Donations of cotton fabrics are welcome and can be brought to the church office.

Zion Lutheran is known as one of the many churches in Superior who supports the needy in our community. We hold many collection drives throughout the year examples are: mittens, hats, scarves, and gently used jackets and coats, school supplies, and food. Our overseas outreach includes quilts, health kits, for Lutheran World Relief and coin box collection for ELCA World Hunger.
